After we have determined the shape and location of the putting green we start our base work. On most putting greens we install a maze of four inch perforated pipe encased in limestone. Under this limestone we place a lay of geotextile fiber to insure that no dirt is able to get into the pipe. We then cover this with a complete layer of geotextile fiber.
