MAINTENANCE

When you own a putting green installed with our synthetic turf, you will find that it is virtually maintenance free. You will need to blow the leaves off the green and occasionally treat for a weed or two. Our turf is safe for products to be used like "Roundup", but you will find that weeds are not a problem at all. We recommend that you have a certified installer come in and power broom and touch up the infill on an annual bases, but you may not feel this is required.

Customers often ask if the infill will wash out with rain. No it will not. Before installing one job, the customer was aware that the area where the green was to be installed, was subject to flooding. When asked what would happen, we honestly could not say. We thought that we might need to go back and add additional infill. We are happy to report that his green set under approximately eight inches of water for about a week and the only problem he said he had was "crawdads in the cups!" He has had his green for a couple years and we have never been back except to visit.
